Training
AI Foundations for Business
One half-day, your team, your own work. Everyone leaves with something they can use on Monday, and a written list of what not to automate yet.
Quoted on the call half-day · team size agreed with you · on-site or remote. No published package, because no two teams are the same.
Who it is for
Owner-operators and their key people — the ones who actually touch the invoices, the quotes, the schedule and the inbox. If nobody in the room does the work, the training is theater. Bring the people who do.
You do not need a build to book this. Most teams arrive already paying for Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude and using a tenth of what they pay for. That is enough to work with.
What happens in the room
Four blocks, in order, each one building on the last. The examples are taken from your business the week before, not from a generic slide deck.
What it is actually good at
Where the tools genuinely save hours, where they quietly create rework, and how to tell the difference in ten minutes instead of ten weeks.
Your workflow, mapped
We take one real process — quotes, intake, reporting, scheduling — and map it on the wall. Everyone sees the same picture at the same time.
Hands on your own files
Each person drives. No spectating. This is where the fear goes away or we have not done our job.
What we would not touch yet
The honest block. Where the data is too sensitive, the process too irregular, or the savings too small to justify the risk.
What people leave with
- A one-page capability map of their own workflow, on paper.
- A written "do not automate this yet" list — with the reasons.
- Access to the reference wiki, so the vocabulary does not evaporate in a fortnight.
- The name of the next workflow to attack, and the first two steps.
Team Enablement
For teams past Foundations, or for the department that was not in the room. Same shape, narrower scope, run against the workflow that is actually causing the pain. Quoted on the call, per session.
Owner's Working Session
Ninety minutes, one-on-one, on the decisions only the owner can make: what to buy, what to stop paying for, what to hand to whom, and in what order. Quoted on the call.
Pricing. Set with you on the call, before anything is booked. We quote against your team and the work actually in front of you, rather than a published package that fits nobody. You will get a real number, not a range.
