Short version: we collect what you send us in the form, we use it to reply, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
What we collect
What you type into the contact form — name, business, email, phone if you give it, team size, and what you tell us about your workflow. Plus the ordinary server information any web host records.
What we do with it
We reply to you. If we go on to work together, we use it to scope and deliver that work. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Our email and hosting providers, because that is how mail and websites work. If we ever need to share your information with anyone else, we will ask you first.
Client data
If we work with you, client data is handled under the engagement agreement, not this page. Training is run against the files you choose to put in the room.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: dchasten@eschd.com. We will action it, and confirm in writing.
