Who the agreement is with

ESC hd, LLC, Mesa, Arizona, doing business as designedconcepts.ai. Any engagement is with ESC hd, LLC.

Quotes and payment

Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing before work begins. Prices shown on this site are indicative until a written quote is issued. Payment terms are set out in that quote or the engagement agreement.

What we will and will not promise

We will tell you honestly what we expect a system to save and what we are unsure about. We do not guarantee a specific financial outcome, and we do not promise that any tool will remain available or unchanged — that is not ours to control.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the deliverables described in the quote, including the documentation. We may keep the right to reuse generic patterns and know-how that are not specific to your business.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and do not name clients or show client work publicly without written permission.

Ending it

Either side may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed to that date is payable; work not started is not.
