Your system should not depend on the person who built it.
We teach owners and their teams to run the AI systems that get built for them — and the ones already on their desk. Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude: the training stands on its own, with or without a build.
Three ways we work
Train the people
A half-day that turns "the AI thing" into a tool your team opens on a Tuesday, taught on your own files and your own workflows — not on demo data.
Map the capability
A written roadmap of what to automate first, what it saves, and — just as useful — what to leave alone for now.
Stay after the build
The build ends. The enablement does not. Refreshers, new hires, and the workflow that changed when the business did.
What "done" looks like
Tier 1 to Tier 4 is how ESC hd scopes build work. We teach against the same rungs, so nobody is guessing where they are on it.
Most teams start on Tier 1 with one workflow. That is a fine place to be — it is cheap, it proves the idea, and it is reversible.
Straight answers
We have not published a wall of client logos. Inventing social proof is not a thing we do, but what we can show you is real: five systems we have built, with the training material that goes with them. See them here.
If training is not the answer for your team, we say no out loud and tell you what we would do instead. That has cost us work, and it is still the rule.
Start with a conversation about what is slow.
No deck, no audit fee. Thirty minutes with the owner, and a straight answer about whether training or a build is what you actually need.
